Refund policy

Not feeling it? No problem.

You can return any unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of delivery. Note the hang tag must not be removed. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

To start a return, email us at info@wizardrywear.co with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. 

Refunds are processed within 5–7 days after we have received and inspected your return.
